-No hacking or glitching. (If they even exist for the 3DS yet.) Penalty = DQ
-No glitch shortcuts. Penalty = DQ
-No repicking a stage for one GP (4 Races). Penalty = -40

I would join,but I'm not getting up at 1AM. One of these days,[eople seriously need to make the times more UK and European friendly.

More of the people I play with are from America or nearby countries though so I'm making what is more convenient for them. Plus I know time zone sucks and I hate them myself, but I don't think i'm necessarily free earlier on.
