As long as you download it from the official site it's fine. I never heard of anyone getting a virus.

It's just a Wii game save...honestly, if you're not stupid you can tell a virus from the real thing.

It's safe.

Just be sure to not overwrite your TP save, make a backup (I know it's stupid, but you never know =P)
