You're right, a wired connection is more reliable than a wireless one. The difference on the connection quality can be really big for many people.

So if anyone here is suffering playing MKW online, a Wii Lan Adapter is worth a try. I didn't buy one just because it's damn expensive here =\

Well, here it's 60 dollars (I live on Brazil).

But like I said, it's worth the try, the price is low (not here, but on most countries).

get a 100ft or so LAN cable and feed it around the baseboards of your house and hooking it up to your wii and router

buy an import and a voltage adapter so it will work

It doesn't need a voltage adapter, the ones on the stores are already imports (they don't make these here). I importing one myself it's a better idea no doubt (even with the high shipping charge, the price will be lower). I'm planning to do that in the future, but right now my wireless connection is good enough, so I prefer to save that money for other things.
