Super Monkey Ball - The Franchise
Recently I've started playing these games again, and remembered how much I loved them. Unfortunately, I don't have any more of the console games anymore, so I'm stuck with SMB and SMB2 for the iPod, which are difficult but fun.
Unfortunately, after the original two or three games, the series has gone downhill with a bunch of gimmicks and overall being too easy, so I guess that's why the franchise isn't rated as high as it should be.
Nonetheless, the originals are where it's at, and it's a good serious overall, with fun levels and party modes.
I almost feel that not many people have played the originals, so hopefully a few have.

Ahaha, what a sad excuse for a thread, almost makes it seem quaint. How about it Mr.Lonely, huh? Wish you had someone commenting here, don'tcha, ahaha.
Only played the first game, actually. Any worth getting the second game as well, is it just more of the same? I know the recent ones are... bleh, but I might as well give the second one a run.

Reason: Though, I wonder if I'd still be able to find it anywhere... :V

I really enjoyed all of the games from Super Monkey Ball, but I didn't like the DS version too much, but I'd say my favorite is Super Monkey Ball 2. :D

In general it's a good, fun series, yeah. But after the Gamecube games...it really went downhill.

I played the GC version for hours when I was younger. I could never beat Moderate on that level where you have to go up the hills then down the hills, and there are no walls D:< I managed to beat it once and make it to level 30, but I died D:
