I say no, wii sports work perfectly well with the wii, besides the main reason why the wii sports resort was release is to show off the wii motion plus device and how it works...

It IS being bundled with Resort (inc Motion Plus) in the UK right now:

No. I just think wii sports is a waste. Well, boxing is INTENSE, but every other sports game exclusive for mii-use-only can go right ahead and die.

I guess that would defeat the purpose of having miis at all. You know what I mean.
