I Know there is a Thread(It's Very Mispelled) for this channel but anyways i'm posting this.

If You're Wondering The Homebrew channel is not official. Anyways it's like AR For Wii. you can use hacks or play Flash games. or even play Your MP3 Tunes on it!

I Really want It . It's Illegal because you can play emulators on it. but if you don't have an emulator on it then it is legal.

Emulators aren't illegal.
And there are a lot of other things besides "hacking" and "emulators".
