Frustrated, tired and angry.
I think that everything in my life sucks. My parents always have lots of discussions, people who call me "friend" are always selfish, my opinions are never heard, I feel that my parents don't value me, and I'm getting tired and stressed about everything. I usually spend (everyone says "waste") my time on games because I feel good while playing... I can forget about all of that crappy situation, meet my friends, there's no asshole to criticize me about my personality, or try to change my personality, etc.
Sometimes I feel that people treat me as "nothing", just because I'm a gamer... Well, I have nothing to do, so wtf they want me to do?
All of this makes me feel alone, frustrated, angry, and sometimes "empty". Then, I "escape" to the internet, where I can be "free".
My parents think that I "lack personality", is that because I'm not exactly what they want me to be?
They're also always criticizing me because I'm 16 and I still not decided what career I want to follow. It's because I still don't found any that would make me feel happy.
My frustration is because I'm already 16, and I think that it's pretty late to invest on my style, because within 2 years, I'll have to start searching for a job, and style usually bother the chances to get hired, depending on the job.
I'm tired of all that situation, and usually I get angry when something goes wrong.

Just because you're 18 doesn't mean you are obligied to find a job, you can always go further with your studies by attending different post-required school (Have no knowledge of names of schools in different countries), and make your study go further til you have all the grades you need, when you study, you will find a job that will suit you perfectly, if not just very good.
I Got my perfect job at a fire station, not much to do there right now, but it will expand, and i was lucky to get one, it takes time, and 2 years is infact a lot of time to find a job, giving it another 2 - 3 years will probably benefit you to find a job easier, more time means more time spending to find a job you will enjoy in the future.
You're probably stressing yourself out for no reason, as you think ahead too much, don't do that, think of the now, what you want to do now, take care of what have to be done later, later...!
I panicked through my life when i was younger, and suddenly i actually got exactly what i needed, even if it wasn't perfect, so all you need, is a small portion of luck, and a bit of happiness, do not be so fixated with what other think of you, think of yourself the way you do, and that's the way a-ha a-ha YOU like it! <3

Okay, try to trust me on this one. I don't really have much to say but I think it will help.
Have you ever tried to play a sport? You should try to find the right one for you. I was obsessed with video games for a really long time, but then I wanted to try a sport. Now I'm all active all year long, and people don't make fun of me anymore because I don't play video games all the time. If you've tried sports, and you hated them, try something new, who knows, you might find something interesting that could really help you in the future!
Hope this helps, and good luck!

GBA Bowser Castle 5. Yes, five.

I admit, I had a mini heart attack when I read this because I thought it was me for a second.
Honestly, tell you parents how you feel. It might not do too much but it'll at least help them get on the same page as you.
I tend to have the same problem with games/internet. Try to find other, more constructive projects to do. Perhaps you should build something or start drawing, writing, I don't know, something that isn't internet or gaming related.

If I tell you that I hate sports, I'll be lying. I love sports, but I can't practice the sports that I like here in Brazil... =S
Actually, I suck on all avaliable sports around here. Believe me, I already attempted all of them (except skating). I don't want to

Well , I just want tell ya that every single person has frustrations, whether we admit or not. I will just say that I found one place where I can turn to, and that would be Jesus. I mean, that's just me, but he has helped me with anything I have frustrations or anger or sadness about. I'm not saying that it will be a walk in the park, but it helps me get through the difficulties in life, and I end up feeling refreshed and ready to start the day. U just really have to find someone u can connect toband talk to them about how u r feeling :)
I hope I helped a little!
