Maybe you need to re-install the Custom tracks because one of the files may be corrupted, or you're just using an outdated version of CTGP. Anyways I don't know what else could be the source of the problem.
Then this could be an indication of either your SD card failing or files becoming corrupt (usually as a result of a failing SD card). I would recommend downloading a clean CTGP-R and finding either a new SD card or USB HDD to load it off of. If you are limited on budget, run a chkdsk (scan disk) on your SD card and reformat it, then perform a clean install of CTGP-R.
