Why does it matter to you if he posts a lot of threads?
There is no need for you to be concerned on the matter, so leave him alone.

Memfis, you can simply placed your texture on a face, and keep it componentless.
Then, copy the face, and put it into a component called "Z".
Place the copied face over the componentless face directly, and apply the boost texture on that face.
You can equally reduce each face until it's at a point to where it can repeat if you wanted it to.
