Here is how to unlock the characters and stuff like this
first up at the top is the characters it will say characters: what ever characters here.
then speed, the speed is out of 10 so if it was 5/10 then it would have +5 out of 10 speed. next under there is drift, the how meany drift?:+6 or so thing is how fast it will charge up the drift out of 10 every thing is out of 10.
then how to unlock is how to unlock it so here it is

4.make your own toad! (MAKE YOUR OWN TOAD WHAT COLER THE HATE WILL BE, FEAT, ETC)
with toads again: unlock to play with all the toads (at ones and play just as one of the toads up above (does not includes toadette and toad) you must beat 8 staff ghosts
and for the make your own toad you must beat 16 staff ghosts.

You have to set a limited number of points to divide between speed and drift for every character. Otherwise the whole system gets thrown off.

yeh im changeing it so theres like a fast by and a fast girl so there is not a fast girl and and slower boy

I agree with the above posters.
The highest spread Baby Petey (16)
Lowest spread Baby Wario (1)
And Baby Waluigi gets a negative to Drift.

I think everyone should have at least 10 base points to spread.
For example Mario...
He's always balanced.
So
+2 Accel
+3 Handling
+3 Weight
+2 Off-Road

Then Luigi...
+2 Speed
+3 Drift
+3 Weight
+2 Mini-Turbo

There is a distinct balance between the two. One offers more recovery. One more speed.
Basically, no more than 3 to a stat.
And absolutely no +3 Speed +3 Accel.
