I was racing WorldWide with my 9999vr rank. The course was Wario's Gold Mine (which I hate btw).
I was leading by a fair bit on the LAST LAP when suddenly, after entering the mine, I heard a blue shell coming. I thought I could make it over the speed-ramp in time... but I didn't. Instead, got hit in mid-air and fell.
While all the falling comotion was happening, the second placed racer had caught up, and was just in front of me
when I re-entered the track!
They were using Peach/Mach Bike and proceeded to take the shortcut, past the trolleys on the left. I usually take the shortcut but this time trolleys were blocking my path, so, I decided to head the other way.
As I was second at this point in time a crap item was on the menu. I got a 'Fake Item Box'
Here is the epic part...
I don't know what happened, Instinct took over I guess and as I was leaving the mine before heading towards the finish, I threw the 'Fake Item Box' forward and to the left hoping to snare my opponent.
To my complete surprise and joy, I hit them. Boom. In mid-air while they were leaving the shortcut path!
Then I just drove past and sped to VICTORY!
In my opinion that is pretty much the definition of pwned!

i was in rainbow road and a person got a blue shell, when i was about 3 feet to the finish line the player in 2 was right behind me when a re shell hit me and him 2!!! THEN ANOTHER BLUE SHELL HITS BOTH OF US AND I STILL GOT 1 CAUSE I USED THE QUACKER TO TEST MY SKILL!!!
after the race i went to the next 1 and he stayed behind with stars and stuff and when i came around the corner to the finish line HE WOULD KILL ME i hated that guy
