Just a quick question.

I do pretty good on the course, but sometimes when I get going pretty fast, I fall off the bouncy mushrooms. Do i need to use the control pad while midair to push my character forward/back or should I just not touch the control stick.

I say dont trick

if you KNOW your about to fall off a mushroom pull back to try and save yourself, I know it happens to mer sometimes

I'm generally quite good at the mushroom part. I use tricks but i kind of move the direction a bit. I have fallen off a good number of times though.

use the ultra shortcut

i would do tricks but if you see your about to fall then dont trick on the mushroom and steer your character.

Only trick on the last mushroom and the ones before the green ones, and if you know your going to fail then either trick anyway or tilt forwards or backwards.

Don't ever trick off the mushrooms if you have star power.
