Title says wii O_O but use the sticky to find out how to unlock the mii.

All I remember is that the second mii outfit requires you to unlock every expert ghost.

To Unlock;
Mii Oufit A: Get gold on Special Cup 100cc
Mii Oufit B : Unlock all expert staff ghosts.

After unlocking it you will see a icon at the bottom that says Mii that is obviously what you have to go to in order to use your mii as for unlocking i"m not sure how I did that
