cause i saw this one girl i was racing on wifi and she had some werid outfit on idk what it was but all i know is that there are outfitA and outfitB

There be 2 only. But outfit B is different for male & female miis. So technically there be 3!

Actually, there might be You never know because it might be one of the things that take a long time before it is capable of being unlocked.

When they released on how to unlock Outfit C, they ended up saying oops, there is no Outfit C. It doesnt exist.

There is Mii Outfit A(jumpsuit) and Mii Outfit B(Overalls) Not sure what girl miis have though

Outfit A and Outfit B. Male Outfit B is Mario's overalls. Female Outfit B is Peach's dress. Outfit A is a jumpsuit which I don't really like personally.
