I don't find Hacker as helpful as the other Perks.

7/10 ammo are done so fast with AK.
AK47 with Extented mags all other attachments sux, AK74-u Grip, Spas-12 with no attachment
Makarov Dual Wield/C275 Full auto upgrade.
