Personally, I would say GCN, or possibly Wii.

Why no poll?

I quite like the Rainbow Roads overall, SNES is quite good and a challenge if you are a lightweight character. GBA was fun to shroom and bounce over the walls creating massive shortcuts. Double Dash was good, quite challenging, and had the giant cannon in the middle. Those are my favourite 3.

I don't like the others too much, DS RR isn't great to play on, and I don't think it's as fun as the other RRs. Wii Rainbow Road is good, but has fail physics. 64 Rainbow Road is long and boring.

I'd say Double Dash is best, because of all the turns, tight corners, epic music, and it was great fun to race on.
