Freiza was a great villain. Being connected with the Saiyan's history and all of the horrible things he did definitely brought the need for him to be defeated.

(that's how I judge villains, lol. Because seriously some series just can't make their villains so bad.)

As in strenght Omega Shenron(with Broly quite close behind), but other than that i'll say the buu's , they were quite funny and also powerful

PS: does vegeta count as a bad guy?, im not really sure if he's a good or bad guy
