Holy cow, Astro. You and your tl;dr posts Jk

I do believe in the paranormal. Hmm... I guess the last time I saw or felt anything unusual was seeing a human shadow in my room once. I was alone at the time and was laying in bed. The silhouette was standing still then I looked around to see if anyone was home but there was no one there but me.

ZOMG! I remember when my sisters and I were up talking about stupid things, and suddenly, we saw a naked human form running across the room.
We were SO freaked out, and we also saw some words on the wall that said "kill" or something, but that was probably our stupid imagination. The naked human form was definitely real. We got out of there ASAP. X_x

Was it a shadow or... a streaker? x'D

Hmm... I don't think it was your imagination if all of you saw the word 'Kill' on the wall.

The thing is, we had a whole bunch of crap on the wall.
Like pictures, and drawings. They looked like the word "kill" when we looked at it that time. :x

Personally, no I don't believe in ghosts or the supernatural. Though I won't exactly claim it as completly false. I'm always open to the idea of the supernatural, or at least when I see one.

I already believe it since i was 15, it exists, it's something only you can comprihend, and if only you can see and feel it, then why bother someone else with it? :)

Science as we know it is far too objective to ever understand this. It will never, ever get it. The definition of science needs to change before it can begin to understand it, because this is all subjective. And like any scientist might say, if it's subjective, it isn't always true. But that's the problem. They constantly refute subjectivity in favor of objectivity, and have no way of studying it (therefore, they know little about humanity). That means it's a thing that needs to be personally experienced in order for it to have proof, and I have proof. Doesn't mean you'll believe it, but it's absolutely real to me, and no amount of saying otherwise and "explaining it away" can convince me. Subjectivity is all internal/personal.

My experiences mostly happened when I was 17 up to now. At 17, I have unintentionally manipulated a milk lid in a high state of paranoia. I mean, I was so, extremely paranoid of this spider and of someone breaking in while I was home alone that my terror created this surge in the house to where it made a loose milk lid pop up and down on its own, that was sitting on the counter. I even checked to see if anything was doing it, and nothing was there. It popped up and down even after I set it back down. That was adrenaline psychokinesis, no doubt. (Didn't help my paranoia that it tapped by itself.)

I also astral travel on a regular basis, to date. I DO see real time changes that didn't exist prior to any particular projection. I do so much out there, and I have made minor changes to a physical deck of cards at one point. You never fall asleep, not once, meaning you never lose conscious for an instance from the moment you relax in bed. You can feel your body falling asleep while you force your mind to stay awake during the whole process. Lucid dreaming is the exact same thing, only you "wake up" in the middle of the projection. You can't refute this if you haven't tried it--don't be too objective. Try it before you knock it.

I had a vision of an orange fireball against a dark sky in 2004 while in a semi-trance (knocked out on the bed out of exhaustion). 3 days later, a meteorite flashed in the sky at night over my area. Newspapers described it as, "a fireball in the night sky." I WISH I said something.

And there's a massive list of ESP moments that've occured seconds before the actual thing, up to around 5-10 times a day. They would be like warnings. I had a handful of chocolate chips, and I got this warning not to eat them or the tooth on the bottom right side of my jaw would break. Exactly that intuitive sensation. I ate it, and that exact tooth broke upon eating them. (You're not supposed to eat your own teeth!) So many warnings like that.

I've also heard an audible voice from my guide, I know that's it's female, her name is Ethel. I received her name in a meditation, but the rest was all her, talking in my left ear. 2nd time I heard her voice, she told me I should get some sleep while I was writing on the computer at 1 am. (I told her 15 more minutes. ) A literal, audible voice, kinda high pitched like a messed up 8-track tape. I ain't no skitzo, either. At times, every single day, I can feel her rubbing my temples. Sometimes she's all over my face.

AND I've seen angels one afternoon when I laid down in bed. I wasn't asleep, nowhere close, but they came in this flash of gold light, and their FACES were everywhere. I was totally calm, and I asked them to, "Touch my back." I felt this really, REALLY tingly, PHYSICAL sensation brush across my back. They did it to multiple locations on my body (get your mind out of there!), absolutely making them a valid and real thing.

And the first time I attempted telepathy early on with one of my ♥♥♥♥atiels, I succeeded--the first time. It was definitely not my own thought. My dad was walking up stairs, and my bird always ♥♥♥♥s his head when he "asks questions" (from what I learned growing up with him just by his body language). The day I first attempted telepathy by connecting our hearts with "energy," that noise he and I heard upstairs gave him a sudden bolt of confusion--he bobbed his head and tilted it sideways, looking up at the ceiling, and I could FEEL his thought in my mind. It felt like, "Up, what's that noise?" The picture I got was kind of bluish (I don't even know what he was thinking visually beyond that). I said it was my dad walking up stairs, but I don't know if it got through to him or not.

One last significant one. I managed to "feel" this girl who was standing next to me--I felt the floor imbalanced or something, even though it was perfectly straight and even. It suddenly felt like one of my feet was crooked or standing on a different level, so I asked the girl, "Is your left leg shorter than your right?" She confirmed. Her left leg was shorter than the other.

SO many. You have no clue. I could go on and on. Ask, and I may tell more in another post.
The term in bold intrigued me, I wonder what things would be like if people could control or manipulate this 'adrenaline psychokinesis'.

On topic, I never really had much paranormal experiences.

Astro, more!

Anyway, no, I really don't believe in that.

Only time that was really weird was when my family just came home from a baseball game. Somehow this huge moth bug got into the trunk, and when we opened it it flew out and we didn't see it. So we sorta forgot about it.

Later that night, I saw the bug. It was in my room. I'm like WTF. How did it get here?! So I then, being myself, lost the track of the bug. I'm like what if it's on my head or something? And I got really paranoid. Then while I'm running out of my room, I see the bug. I'm like, sigh. Then, out of nowhere, the closet door flies (no pun intended) open, the bug flies in, and then everything on the shelf falls, It was weird.

Also, to contribute to this thread: Sometimes when I'm trying to go to sleep, I hear random voices of many people at once. Eventually, I doze off and fall asleep, only to be waken back up by a quick, random scream. It happens ALL the time.

I also had lots of weird dreams where something that happens in the dream happens in real life. It was weird... I do believe in paranormal activity. Definitely.
It sounds like what you have are psychic dreams. I mentioned something about a psychic dream I had in a Memorial Day post earlier this week:

There was a male choir chanting/singing with deep, bass voices. And something about today's presidents cheating in the elections in relation to Hitler.

Wow. This is just another mark added to that whole "psychic" list-of-events of mine.

FFFFFFFF
I rarely ever have those kinds of dreams. For as much as you have them, they must always catch you off guard.

As for another experience: my dad was always in a lot of physical pain and emotional pain his entire life. He died last year because of it. This isn't a visitation story (although he has visited astrally and in my dreams numerous times since AFTER my grief period was completely over, always telling me, "I love you, and I'm alright.") There was literally no single day of his life where he didn't hurt somewhere, plus he was constantly sick. I really, really cared about his well being, I couldn't stand to see him in pain, so I laid in bed one night and, in a meditation, I sent him really strong waves of healing green light/energy, holding the visual of him being completely surrounded by it and absorbing it, pushing the pain out. I then pictured him surrounded by nothing but loving, pink energy--the key here is I can actually feel that energy. It's almost physically unbearable. I concentrated on him like that for about an hour. I really, really meant it.

The very next day, he said, "I've never felt so good in my life! I'm not in pain!" Not exact quote, but it was very close to that. He was smiling, and I could only imagine how great and relieving that must've been. It still surprised me. It only lasted for that day. I wonder what would've happened if I continued that nightly?

LESSON LEARNED: Your thoughts DO affect people directly. If you insult people in your mind, "Eww, she's fat and ugly!" chances are good that the person you thought about will become depressed and more self-conscious. The more passionate you are, the greater the effect. (This is why I go around with a positive attitude about everyday people than a negative one. I love people.)

What really set off my explosion of paranormal/psychic experiences was that I meditated almost every single day. And then I got bored of it, and then it all subsided a bit. Astral traveling hasn't let down one bit, though!
