Each Member of Unity has the same rights. Before making major decisions we see what everyone thinks and decide what’s best for our next move. We are pleased to announce that all members of Unity so far are friends and work extremely well together. Responsibility for running Unity is spread evenly amongst the members. What this means is once you join you have the freedom to seek out races with other teams, as well as setting up events that others can join and take part in the decision making process.

We often have events going on. If anyone at all would like to participate in these events, it will be our pleasure to add you. Or if you’re looking for friends to have a good time with feel free to post in our thread and add any of us for some friendly racing.

People who are cool with us and want to race with us sometime in scrimages, wars, and events are called allied racers. Basically Allied racers are joining unity to hang out and join us in to see what Unity is like. These can be racers from another team or just people who wanna have a good time. Make sure your current team does not mind that you are allied as an individual with us.

Unity is more concerned with the racers attitude than anything else. To Unity, VR is nothing more than a number. Many teams unknowingly encourage 9999’s make better racers. That is not true in the least. Obtaining 9999 more so a test of patience than skill.

Unity is going to be extremely small compared to most clans. At the most 15 racers. Please understand Unity is very exclusive and we cannot accept everyone who applies. We have to approve everyone with the majority of the current members. Unity is looking for great racers with great personalities who are interested in making friends.

If you are interested in joining Unity feel free to message any current members or to stop by our chatbox.
What unity aims to accomplish is create a mario kart wii racing family. All the members are extremely friendly and we all have great times racing and playing mario kart as well as just chilling out and talking. Most of the current members participate in events such as Challenge house, and Masters club along with a few others this forum has to offer.

Unity is, as most of you are already well aware, a high-level clan with both great racers and great teamwork. We always welcome a challenge and always have players online for wars; whether you're the best Japanese clan out there or just starting out, we can give you a war at any time.

We tend to operate in two divisions (as such), and a war will be one of two things. First, here's how our wars will work.

- Official Wars :: We don't tend to do official wars very often for a variety of reasons; one, to hopefully avoid controversy and bad relations with other clans, and two, because official wars tend to make playing them a whole lot less fun. However, if we do give your clan an official war you can be 100% certain that we will have our best possible team waiting for you. Official wars count towards both clans' war records (although we don't tend to keep track of ours very well lol), so if you want a war against us to go up on the Win Percentage Rankings thread, you'll be needing an official war.

- Scrimmages :: Impromptu wars against Unity tend to be scrimmages - fun wars in the usual format but without the seriousness of war records, individual results etc on the line. We don't care about your skill levels (although in the interests of your own clan, it's better to be of at least a decent skill level overall), and really the only way to piss us off is to either cheat or badmouth us.

If you want to war against Unity, contact any one of us (mainly Jerk, Crrrrrrr and Qgstkpnjtp) and we'll try and get a war sorted out.

Wars vs Unity will always follow this format (unless otherwise negotiated)
- 3 or 4 GPs (2 GPs can be played, but will always be counted as a scrimmage)
- 6v6 or 5v5 (3v3 and 4v4 can be played but will always be counted as a scrimmage)
- Track Selection: Choose, No Repeats (Random is fine, but we don't tend to play Random Only wars)
- Disconnections: Team USA rules (end GP after d/c, take down scores, restart room and play the remainder of the races) OR Disconnect Opponent's Lowest Scoring Player

Unity Match Broadcasting & Recordings

Unity has many members that will either steam races at UStreamLink or record their races to post them on YouTube Link.

Unity Streams
Qgstkpnjtp's Stream: mainly Shows world wide races. Q broadcasts randomly so just jump on and if you’re lucky you'll catch him streaming a world wide or even a war.

Crrrrrrr's Stream: as long as I'm not hosting the room you can catch almost every war I play in at this stream. Major events like the world clan league are streamed directly after they finish at this Stream. Outside of clan wars this stream will show world wide races or sometimes I even go on Blitzkrieg for some fun.

Unrivaled's Stream: also known as YoshiKart or YK he records wars here and streams a lot of world wides and wars. Odds are between this stream and Crrrrrrr’s you’ll be able to see every war Unity plays in. To watch recordings of his wars check the show clips.

NMeade's Stream:Tends to be up randomly mostly showing SD matches and whatnot.

RollerGold's Stream:I need more info to put here roller.

Vent Setup

If you do not have vent go here : Ventrilo - Download
and download the client.
Followings Steps need to be taken after you have finished downloading
1.Where it says username.Click the arrow, click new, enter username
2.Click the arrow next to "Server"
3. Enter the following information into the right places. nyc3.ventriloservers.biz as the hostname/ip and 3969 for the port. and next to Select name, name it Unity Vent or just Unity or Cockbites .
4.Click Connect and you should be able to be on vent
