In the blazing hot Summers of 2009, a group of school friends were sitting around one day, bored as ever. All of them were brainstorming ideas of how to spend their time, but all came up blank... except for one.

Potato had heard about this game called Mario Kart Wii, and all the different aspects of game play. He also recalled a website – MarioKartWii.com - where clans were formed, along with the friendships that followed. After sharing the idea with the group and a unanimous vote to create their own, lead to the Summer's first events. The creation of Exploding Fish. Originally, it was to be an exclusive clan solely to the original members: Potato, Seal, Taco, Mei, and Kristin. The loss of nearly 15 wars with no wins on their records was the inspiration for these five adolescents to start recruiting out of their friendship circle. The first out of the new recruits were Mitch and Lane, immediately started bonding with the rest of the group. The Second Era, AKA Recruitment, started at this point.

Recruiting stayed in the country for several months, and we picked up a whole school of Mother Fishers! Sleeping schedules were way out of the norm at this time, so our activeness was mainly when Europeans were online. Roland, Allard, Edward, and Fin then joined our team, making it more active then ever before! At this times, the Australians also heard about the new policies, and joined to make ExF a world-wide clan, with members on nearly every hour of the day, every day of the week. Divisions formed in nearly every country. We were on a roll, and were seemingly unbreakable.

Then, the disaster known as school struck, in definite hopes of making the clan more inactive than ever. Potato was getting more inactive by the day as school assignments were getting heavier and heavier, and it was a sad day on November 1st, 2009, when Potato resigned, handing the clan over to Lane who graciously took charge. Lane was a fun-loving and active leader, and soon earned the respect of everyone. But Lane wasn’t as happy in ExF without Potato, so he also resigned, thus the Exploding Fish American team died out, several days after the transition. It was then up to the Europeans to lead at this time, but they lost interest in the game not long after. So, the Aussie team then was the only ones left, marking the third era. I, Cookeh, started stalking the thread around this time also, because it was the only fun, and active thread that fit my time needs, since I was a nocturnal little bish back then. The inactiveness was very unpleasant, so I took over ExF for the first time to prevent its sexiness from dying. Although we were still alive, the activeness was as low as ever, and this was the start of the fourth generation, better known as the Cookeh era.

Summer hit again, and Seal took on leadership, taking over ExF once more and bringing it to life, as the 5th generation, the Revival Era, started. Fin, one of our beloved Europeans, also rejoined, Potato also returned, and our number of wars were increasing daily, thanks to them. We went strong once more, and our original fishy bond was back. Or so it seemed…

We started to crumble towards the dark ages once again as our fourth generation members started to die out much thanks to school – yet again. In November 6th 2010, Potato left us once more, but none of us are going to let the clan get back to the way it was last year around this time, so we have been dedicating more and more time to warring and recruiting. Cookeh, along with the help of all the members and allies of Exploding Fish, are at it again! This time with new techniques and better leadership expierences.

We at ExF do not have a proper &quot;tryout.&quot; Those who wish to join will have a hangout with a couple of the members. A hangout is to chat it up in our chat, and maybe have a fun room with several of the members. This will see if you fit in with the normal Fishie life (:

ExF 2v2 Teams Division


To make a 2v2 team find a partner, make a name for your team, and notify me. I will keep track of your war record (your record WON'T go on the ExF war record. You can be in up to 2 seperate 2v2 teams only. If you war or do a war make sure to tell me so I can add it to the record. It doesnt matter how much you war, you can war when ever you would like and how much youd like. Atleast one of you have to be in ExF. For example say i was in ExF i could find anyone to be my partner (cept pierce, pierce is a nono). You may also play other teams from ExF Thanks and have fun =D
