The Skype Rule
The first part to this rule is that if you have Skype, you have to use it in wars, unless you have a legitimate reason as to why you can't.
The second part is, in a 4v4 war, AT LEAST 2 people have to be Skyping. In a 5v5, at least 3 people, or else we won't do the war.

Practice Rules
Practice will be played at 6:00 PM each day. For Europeans members they can practice whenever they can. If you don't show up to a practice once a week you will be placed on a war prohbition. This means you can't do wars for a week.
