not to be embarrass or anything but how do you make a clan here?

Well, I can see you are new here. This is the country clan zone. This is the forum where all the country teams like United States of America, Puerto Rico, Germany, etc.. have a forum to themselves for events and wars. The clans made here are for country based wars and events to take place between 2 countries. I dont think there is any way to start a new clan here.

i didn't want to make a national clan cause there all made already. i just want to make a normal clan not a national clan.

I was thinking, how about a Triple Entente V Triple Alliance war? It should be good, please do not be offended.

During WW1, Europe had two sets of alliances;

Triple Entente:
Britiain (Republic of Ireland is also included)
France
Russia

Triple Alliance:
Germany
Austria - Hungary
Italy
