Go at the GV sc the longer way. Turn around, shroom into the lava behind and you get placed up on the ledge above. Aim towards the rock, build up an mt holding A + B release and trick off the ramp. Should be able to get 30 - 40s that way.

since its with the wii wheel, I'll give you credit.

I've resisted doing that glitch so far, but i may do it sometime soon. :)
