OU is easily Salamance or Tyranitar, unstoppable with the right player using them.

UU would be Ampharos or Moltres

OU:Suicune <3 Especially a Crocune
UU:Entei or Moltres

But Kain, what sets CroCune apart from say, CroPhy? ( Manaphy) seeing as when the tiers are updated, Manaphy will become OU

Shaymin is most powerful UU.
Infernape is most powerful OU as its attack and spec att is very good. Stuff mentioned above our only good at either spec att or att.

Shaymin is not UU.
UU is not the **** Smogon has created. This forum follows its own tier lists.

Infernape is good I guess, but why make something mixed when you could overpower the foe with one stat?
E.g Mixed Celebi looses to Specs Celebi.
(Celebi was used due to the 100 base stat in all of its stats)

dang he is a good tank, at least in my opinion. He can stay on the field for quite a wile

UU is Ludicolo
even though it has average defenses it can take hits pretty well
and can be a good annoyer poke as well. It can use Leech Seed, Toxic, and Protect to stall for damage.
