Considering the next suspect is either gonna be Ho-Oh or Shaymin-Sky, has Smogon made a mistake by leaving Manaphy in Uber?

If there's only one of em in the game, they should be uber.
Shaymin should not be in uu and should go to at least ou and shamin-s needs to be uber. Chomp should be ou, latias should get the hell out of ou and go back to ubers and manaphy should stay in ubers as well.

Latias isnt even top ten OU, Shaymin-S gets DESTROYED by Scizor, and Garchomp is an amazing breath of fresh air.
Manaphy is acceptable, as long as we have a top ten grass Pokemon.
