I'm pretty sure Tomb's usage is OU, and Smogon has had him OU for a while, if I can remember.
Ninjask has the usage for OU, but common tauntrados leads and just about ANY lead shut him down, hence why most if not ALL sites keep Ninjask BL, as UU sweeping would be way too easy.
Those are the only things I think you're misinformed about.
And you need to add Aero to OU. Not only do I see Aero as a lead on shoddy for like, every other team, but his weighted usage is above 44ish (Chopping block for most pokes) and he's #8 in leads from last month, with 4433 leads.
I'm pretty sure anyways.
