Bug Bite essentially will have 10 more base power then X-Scissor after Technician.

Here are some calculations of a max Attack Adamant Scizor's +0 Life Orb Tech Bug Bite and X-Scissor on 148 HP/252 Def Bold Blissey (688 HP/130 Def):

Bug Bite vs. Blissey: Min: 383, Avg: 417, Max: 449 (55.7%-65.3%)

X-Scissor vs. Blissey: Min: 340, Avg: 371, Max: 400 (49.4%-58.1%)

Idk why I chose Blissey as an example, I just did, out of hatred.

So overall, it's around a 5-7% increase in damage for Scizor.
