Okay,kinda simple and overused,but I like it.
Heatran would be better here,but oh well.Overheat is the more powerful and accurate for STAB, but Fire Blast does more over two turns, and therefore a better option for late game sweeping. Thunderbolt tears into Water-types, and if Swampert makes an appearance, it can be 2HKOed with Focus Blast. The powerful Fighting attack easily OHKOs Tyranitar and Heatran, and 2HKOs Snorlax. 688 HP / 306 SpD Blissey can be 2HKOed with the help of Stealth Rock. However, the increasingly more common EV spread with plenty of Special Defense investment will survive comfortably, although Focus Blast will still deal upwards of 40%.

1. I would use Heatran but I dont have the right nature.
2. How could STAB help Thunderbolt when Electivire has Thunderpunch XD

1-Hmk then,legends are hard
2-Thunderpunch doesnt work well in most cases,pyscical DEF is normally higher than SPDEF
3-In most cases you baton pass to that poke.

Ah. I see what you mean. I guess that means I find a really good Baton Passer then and maybe use thunderbolt or Thunder rather than Thunderpunch. Thanks! BTW while I'm here can I get a moveset for Dragonite seeing as that Garchomp is Uber now so I cant put it in my team D=
