EVs 50HP/ 216 SPA/ 252 Spe
Movesets:
Flamethrower/ Fire Blast/ Overheat
Darkpulse
Hidden Power Fighting
Will-O-Wisp

Houndoom @ Choice Specs
Timid | Flash Fire
252 Sp Atk, 252 Spd, 6 HP
~HP Ice
~Sludge Bomb
~Flamethrower
~Dark Pulse

Specsed Houndoom for great SP Atk goodness, watch out with other scarf users though.
I like using Scarf over Specs but Specs pays off when it works.
