Okay, so the last two Arcues I have are going to:
DF★ Flygon3x, for mentioning Dawn's poofy hair, I caught a bit of the anime on TV this morning, and her Pachirisu is pretty cool.
And Hapmudo, for mentioning the fact it can go into the Pickup Park in Sinnoh, making it a cute electric picker-upper type Pokemon.
Yoshi007, Singularity, Snowdog all get a Pichu too, congrats, you can get the Notched-Ear Pichu on your Heart Gold game now o=
And finally, Yoshi007 also gets a Shaymin, for calling it a cute hedgehog, cause it is =3
Excuse me, but can I change the pokemon I recieve to Jirachi, since I just got a Movie Arceus from someone else as well? Or, will I have to type up another paper on Manaphy? xD
Caterpie....This pokemon is the god of the caterpillars, my 3rd shiny and Ash's first catch.It's also the first listed bug type in the pokedex and it evolves into butterfree which is awesome.
Manaphy... a pokemon with the ability to swap hearts, its the prince of the sea, the only legend with a baby form and is one of May's friends which is always good.
Caterpie is a very good beginner Pokemon for trainers (it even comes right after the Kanto region starter Pokemon on the Pokedex). It evolves into a Metapod and then into a Butterfree at an early level. All it just needs is a little experience points (compared to several other Pokemon which require a lot). It has a decent amount of status inflicting moves (Poison, Paralyze, Sleep, or Confuse). It can know Toxic, a lethal move to use against HP or Defense crazed Pokemon (like Blissey). If trained correctly, Butterfree can be quite powerful.
Aside from that, Caterpie is like your common caterpillar. It goes into a shell at some point and the comes out as a butterfly. Who wouldn't want to see a caterpillar go through metamorphosis? I'm sure that there's a good number of people out there that when they were young and were going through those first years of school, their class had some caterpillars and watched them each day to see them change into butterflies. That's exactly what's going on here with Caterpie, but the process is only faster.
...and that's why Caterpie is awesome.

Caterpie...it's awesome because it evolves into a nearly useless Metapod(remember that classic early Pokemon episode?) which then evolves into an even more awesome Butterfree!
...it's also awesome because I need it to fill out my Pokedex?(wink wink, nudge nudge) :D
