Well, chap, I think you need to pay a visit to Volder's site again and look for a thread made by "doris". It should be titled something like "APPEAL AGAINST 20102". Read it. Do as others have done so.

You will get unbanned by calling. Don't you tell me they won't.
You may have had bad luck. Two of my friends got unbanned by calling.

The reason it may not be by a phone call is because Nintendo has obviously received many calls from people to get unbanned. They are tired of these calls.

Again, go back. Look for that thread. Its about being "formal" when sending an email/calling Nintendo asking to be unbanned.
