The kid would get harmed. The criminals in the real world would not give up their plans because some kid came into their "hideout" and defeated them in a Pokemon match.

The criminals likely might want to use Pokemon for their interests if they were real, but... It would not turn out anyway like the Pokemon games or the anime.

Do you realize if you were to take that lettuce, dry it, and roll it, and smoke it.
