Read what cash said, he is right. Those natures are not beneficial at all for those pokemon. I'll work up some movesets and suggest a good nature like I always do. But right now, I have a huge list to cover.

My Pokemon Moveset Suggestions List:

Shuckle
Venusaur
Drifblim
Metagross
Ninetales
Kingdra
Blissey

Shuckle
Item: Life Orb
Ability: Sturdy
Nature: Impish
252 HP / 252 Defense / 4 Special Defense

-Stone Edge
-Earthquake
-Rest
-Gyro Ball

Pretty simple idea here with Shuckle. Invest in his only good base stats (Defense and Special Defense) and also invest in HP to lengthen Shuckle's survivability. Stone Edge is a great move, especially with Life Orb, strenghtening its already beastly base power of 100. Earthquake can cover lots of incoming pokemon, great accuracy and base power, even better with Life Orb. Rest is to really lengthen Shuckle's life on the battle field, just use Rest when he is running low due to opponent hits or Life Orb recoil. Gyro Ball is very powerful, due to Shuckles disgusting base Speed stat of 5.

Venusuar
Item: Choice Scarf
Ability: Overgrow
Nature: Timid
56 HP / 252 Special Attack / 200 Speed

-Sleep Powder
-Leaf Storm
-Hidden Power Ice
-Earthquake

Choice Scarf and the above EV spread puts Venusaur at 405 Speed. Put your opponents to sleep with Sleep Powder so you can beat on them without beating you back. Leaf Storm will severely damage any pokemon that does not resist the grass type. Hidden Power Ice will sometimes OHKO Salamence. Leaf Storm has a shot at 2HKOing Garchomp even with the Special Attack drop. Earthquake is obviously for the type coverage and is a strong move for the last slot.

I'm going to skip your Drifblim request for now Chaos, because I really want to get Metagross done, he's such a beastly poke.

Ahh...the famous "Agiligross" set. This one does my heart well because its a great set. I'll give you this set and a second one also.

Metagross
Item: Life Orb / Leftovers
Ability: Clear Body
Nature: Adamant
152 HP / 252 Attack / 104 Speed

-Agility
-Meteor Mash
-Earthquake
-ThunderPunch / Explosion

Simple. Use Agility to speed up Metagross. Then beat things down while being quick about it. Choice Scarf is a major obstacle to this strategy. A Pokémon like Garchomp holding a Choice Scarf will outrun Metagross even after one Agility and hits hard with Earthquake. Metagross's last attack should either be ThunderPunch or Explosion. ThunderPunch allows Metagross to combat Water-types and Skarmory. Meteor Mash, ThunderPunch, and Earthquake can nail all Pokémon for at least neutral damage except Rotom and Shedinja. Explosion can be used instead of ThunderPunch as a last resort. This Metagross will usually be faster than its opponent so you can get Explosion off exactly when you want to.
Life Orb exchanges survivability for power, but if you want more survivablity, then go with Leftovers. 104 Speed EVs allows Metagross to outrun Pokémon with 269 Speed or less that hold a Choice Scarf. If you want more Speed, you can aim for a initial stat of 228 (208 EVs). After an Agility, this makes Metagross faster than Choice Scarf Adamant Garchomp.

Metagross
Item: Life Orb
Ability: Clear Body
Nature: Adamant
252 HP / 176 Attack / 40 Defense / 40 Special Defense

-Rest
-Sleep Talk
-Meteor Mash
-Earthquake

This set works well and its simple. When you are done attacking and you are low on health, use Rest to completely heal and then Sleep Talk your way through any situation. Meteor Mash and Earthquake provide the best type coverage available to Metagross with just two attacks, so that means Sleep Talking will always be a win. Life Orb is a great item for this set, as Rest makes up for losing 10% of Metagross's HP with each attack.

Drifblim
Item: Leftovers
Nature: Calm
Ability: Aftermath
80 HP / 252 Special Defense / 176 Speed

-Substitute
-Calm Mind
-Shadow Ball
-Baton Pass

Right when you send out Drifblim, jump into a Substitute. Then start stat-boosting with Calm Mind. If you need to attack for whatever reason, Shadow Ball is there for you. When you are done stat boosting with Calm Mind, pass over your stat boosts to any of your more beastly pokemon in your team. This set will really support your team, and it works well.
