I did some brainstorming to myself just an hour ago. I had this shrewd feeling that they'd do exactly just that .

...Or! Prehaps it'll be nothing like Gold & Silver at all? Of course seeing the logo disagrees with that.... I think what people are wanting here is that it's just like Gold & Silver but with a better difficulty and better graphics (not to mention decent great little goodies to throw ^_^).

Thats what people EXPECT. The developers would probably add those things, and add a whole more things that no one would expect :)

Woah, I haven't heard of this till now! Anyhow, Gold and Silver were my favorite Pokemon games, so it goes without saying I'll be psyched for this.

But, HEARTgold and SOULsilver?? What stupid names. Well, Leafgreen wasn't much better now that I think of it.

There better be good Wi-Fi, like in Platinum, which I don't own. Maybe a Battle Frontier and a special island or two after the Elite 4. (One - Seven Island, Fight Area, etc.)

I hope that Giovanni is more of a major character in the remakes and makes contact with his supposedly son (Silver) and battle you and Crystal in a double battle. Wouldn't mind Team Rocket having involvement with Ho-oh or Lugia either.
