New region of course. If you revisited a region it would obviously be some kind of remake. Which of course a remake is not going to happen anytime soon. We are still waiting for Platinum, kids these days, look too far into the future, it will be several more years before we even hear one word of a 5th gen pokemon game.

New region, new pokemon, new items, new moves, etc etc.

I don't see this cycle end anytime soon, like the anime director said itself, Nintendo are not planning on leaving this project in the next several years to come.

Your post just solidifies my theory even more....I am 100% sure we will be seing a 5th and 6th generation.
