Theme: Green and black.
Background Colour: Green and black swirl. Kind of like the one on the first page.
Characters: Koopa, Luigi and Baby Luigi. Also, if possible, a green blue shell? As in the blue shell recoloured green, and the spikes are black.
Writing: In the top left it says Maximilion in that type of writing. Top right, it has my MSN (chris@lisoneil.co.uk) and my Friend Code (2106-0763-4989).
Sig or Banner: Sig.

I would like some like a rosalina thrown in there somewhere and make it like kevins not the same colors but same kinda design something similar you know maybe not exactly alike but you know what I'm saying. OK, leave out the green blue shell. I just thought seeing how recolours were generally easy, it was doable, then I remembered Pokemon recolours are easy, not Wii ones

IF you can get someone to inform me on how to do it on photoshop elements 7, then sure :D I'd be glad to do it for you.
