Color(s): In the top left corner, have light blue, but in the bottom right a dark blue, and as the colours get closer to the centre, they either lighten or darken to become the same colour.
Text: At the bottom in the centre, have the text: Burst Limit! - Not in a small text, but not in a large text.. Perhaps slightly larger than the text u are reading now. Put the text in bold.
Type of effect (optional): Perhaps a lightning sign in the background, but dont make the lightning have an outline, perhaps a darker blue for the lightning to make it stand out, put it in the centre but dont make it too noticeable.
Anything else (custom): A black border.
