clic "Save for web and devices" and make sure the type you save is GIF

okay i finnaly did an animation all i did was a count down thing but it was kool do u know how to add background that sometimes shade the pic?

Just press "tween"!
you will have a result like this:

here is an advice:
dont add anything in the picture after you press "make frames from layers".
