After you turn left around the hill, you have to use a shroom on the right turn before the pirhanas and shroom, then you will hit the ramp. It has to be done really tightly, look at the WR.

You know where that big mushroom is right ?? with those biting flowers around it, cut through there an go on the ramp, you can do it with one mushroom :)

I use to take the sand part shortcut near the pipe but this one is so much better!
