Anyone else into racing the clock here?
Tracks with long or many straights seem to be dominated by bikes,
but when theres enough curves karts are the better choice...
What tracks do you think will turn out to be best suited for karts?
Im not really friends with the bikes for now..

I think the most of us are making GP first,to unlock everything....i havent unlocked everything yet...so it will take me a time to make TT!

I plan to race TTs a bit when I get it.. but that won't be until the 27th.

How do time trials work in this game?
Is it like in previous games where it was a 'beat your own high score' kinda thing?
Or did they change it into an actual 'you need to reach the finish line before ____minutes'?

I'm hoping it stays the same, because getting high times on every track seems a bit hard, it would be easier if you could just go at your own pace instead.

You can take as long as you want. You can race against your own ghost image (best lap) or online players best lap. You can then afterwards see how you rank at the different tracks online.
But there's a bug in the Time Trials allowing people to set unrealistic times only finishing one or two laps, so unless Nintendo adresses that issue, the online ranking will be completely useless.

Thats cool, so I can unlock Toadette by taking 10 min per lap if I wanted to?
