Yup, it seems that Daisy will probably soon be not winning on her mach bike in some tracks in TTs. Instead, her younger self could be taking over! That's Baby Daisy on the Bullet Bike; just as fast with better mini turbo and acceleration and off road status.
As for beating the Funky Kong records, that seems to be too difficult.

For instance, I wouldn't be surprised if the WR holder of GCN DK Mountain was to use Baby Daisy on Bullet bike was used soon, especially at the shortcut part.
Same with SNES Mario Circuit 3, DK's Jungle Parkway and almost SNES Ghost Valley 2.

For time trialers, I suggest studying using Baby Daisy on Bullet Bike (other characters are too slow as it seems) and testing out the tracks I mentioned, especially DK Mountain.

EDIT: It's always possible that I'm wrong, but yeah, I'm probably right.

No problem. Some tracks might be harder than others since the bullet bike bounces easily.

That's helpful, except I knew this already.

As medium and heavyweights don't get their speed back quick enough on GP's, or get it fast enough at the start of a race, I use lightweights for GP's and TT's.

Baby Luigi is really good on the Bullet Bike too.

Everytime I use Baby Daisy on the Bullet Bike on GCN DK Mountain I have to slow down at the shortcut part because the bike's so bouncy that it doesn't allow me to stick to the grassy slope... ._.

I do however notice the potential of the bike on the other stages you've mentioned. Right this morning I did a run on which I've beaten my Mach ghost by almost 400ms on DKJP, however on that same run I did a small mistake and hit the grass right after the bend on my 2nd lap. My ghost zoomed ahead, but I slowly got him after I got to the other side of the river, eventually making my first sub-2:20 time.

I think the speed difference between the Daisies and the two bikes is about the same as the difference between Rosalina and Funky, barely noticeable, however in the long term it's there. The Bullet Bike has superior Drift and Mini-Turbo though, which makes up for the small Speed loss and possibly give it an edge in courses full of turns. It's a matter of trying out consistently.

so I don't think Bullet Bike will be onto any WRs soon imo
