I was checking the worldwide top times for Koopa Cape, and the record holder had a time of 1:50.648. Is this a fake time, because it seems like it would be a very hard time to get? I didn't download the ghost, so I don't know.

The WR Time is 2:22 i believe

So for someone to beat a WR by 30 seconds is kinda unethical

I think the word you're looking for is unlikely. Ethics have nothing to do with Time Trials and trying to be number one, hence everyone using the GV and MG exploits.

And they used star hacks or shroom hacks

the replay shows them standing still or being stupid because its not supposed to happen
