Ok, I know how to get up on the little cliff to do the glitch, but I can't make the lap count go up, what the heck? I circled and circled it until the thing just collapsed into the lava.

ive been using Dry Bones on the Bit Bike but i can't get up

You need to hit checkpoints.

I'm too lazy to go into detail, just take the whole rock as WIDE as you can. And when you get to the part where it should count the lap, go over the ridge.

Once you get it to count a few times, then you can make tighter turns at different parts
