I figured I may as well make this thread, because with new custom course creation facilities coming very soon, there's gonna be a whole lot more courses to pick from in Mario Kart Wii, and hopefully that means some new TT/ghost competitions as well.
Playing on these courses is relatively difficult for first-timers; however there is
no need to use Ocarina or any cheating application. You require the Homebrew Channel, and either a spare USB stick you no longer care about with ~3GB free space, or a DVD-R. Homebrew applications Backup Launcher 0.3gamma and USB Loader GX are capable of playing these courses. (A Mario Kart Wii ISO is also required.) If you're interested, come

When I originally made SNES Rainbow Road, I wasn't expecting there to be many time trial competitions on the course (though I did hope
), however there were, several players have gathered together and tried TTing on the track. While there's nowhere near as many as on the official Nintendo tracks (for obvious reasons), there's some interesting competition going on at the moment, especially at the top.

Obviously I'm hoping for some improvement and new times to emerge soon
× If you have a new record on any course featured here, please inform me (or the course creator) of your new record and I will update the boards. I may ask for evidence of your ghost (such as video, pictures, or you to send it directly to me) to check legitimacy before publishing. Obviously, hacked times will not be accepted.
× You may submit times with missing digits, however, the missing values will count as higher than 9 (so anyone with a time in a similar range won't be denied a place that could be rightfully theirs). And in the case of ties, whoever submitted their time first takes the higher position.
(Except for brand new custom courses Tops, only complete times will be accepted.)
× And finally, if you have a custom course that you want to have a leaderboard for, you must first gather
at least 10 Time Trials (from different players) and send the data to me and your course must be easily available to download on the SZS Modifier. You
must be willing to keep track of your own leaderboard times and update me if any of the times displayed are wrong.
