I have a little question about this course..

What is the best part of the course (except in the robo bowser chamber to cut off in the mud) the best place to use the mush? I want to get a good time but i need to know the best mush place.

Shroom under the three thwomps near the last jump. It's used there for the same reason the shroom is used where it is in GV2.
