Best Splits/WRs: The Project

Hello and welcome to the thread that will revolutionize the way that you look at time trials. This is the Time Trial Records thread.

Overview
This thread was created to view what may come in future time trials. Not only will it focus on the best combos, but every possible combo in the game. Of course it will take many hours to construct, but with your help this can become one of the most important threads on MKW.com.
For example, say someone is wondering how good they are on a certain course. They may not choose to use Funky Kong or Daisy, just because they are fast. They can check it here. Have you ever wondered if you are the fastest Rosalina user at Toad's Factory? Check the best splits. The main goal of this thread is to push time trials in MarioKartWii to the maximum.

How do I Get Involved?
If you want to get on a chart, post your time in the thread.
What should a submission look like?
When submitting be sure to include the

-Character
-Vehicle (American Name Prefferred, but not required)
-Transmission (Auto or Manual)
-Controller
-Track (Glitched or Nonglitched can be marked with a [G] or [NG]

If you have multiple tracks achieved with the same combo, you can say this for less typing.

Categorization
Records will be broken down into very specific, small types. There are many categories.

Character,Vehicle, Transmission,Controller

*If tracks have glitches than these will be separate charts.

Slowly but surely, I will put up more tracks and charts available. I will be on every day to check and update the thread. Links to the separate charts can be found in later posts.

Proof
For now, the project being new, proof is not required. However, videos and/or pictures may be necessary for records in the future.

If you have proof to submit, however, it is always welcome. Proof can be in the form of a video or picture of the time. The video must show the time before it starts. Watching a ghost does not count if the time is not on the video. Times approved will be colored in green on the spreadsheet. If the video or picture shows the splits, these will also be green. If the video or picture does not show splits, only the total time will be green.

Updates

First Beta chart put up. If you can beat any of these times, please post them on the thread or PM me. Proof is always very welcome.

the bare bones of the project are up, no more reserves remain, I will continue to work on the thread.
