Anyone got a good Wii BC glitch tutorial? - Mario Kart Wii

For me, it's just luck and like 1/50 chance which, quite frankly, sucks. Plus I always crash straight after I go through the wall. Help plz?

And the times I DO get it, I'm miles ahead of PR and then epic fail like 10 times into a wall D:

It seems like the sort of thing thats easy when you know how to do it... like WGM glitched, easy as for me.

I've only glitched the wall twice, and made it once. :/
Out of like 200 attempts.
