The backup host will be someone who hosts if the Dedicated host cant make it for whatever reason (as what happened to me on last Sunday)

I'll have to take you off the list for now then paul :( I've got to do it this way because more people would miss sunday because of the WCL. Once the WCL is over I'll move it back to Sunday though.
