Q: What is Sleep Clause And Evasion Clause?
A: They Are When you use Hypnosis,Lovely Kiss,Sand Attack,Etc.
These Will Make the foe sleep or make the foe's moves miss.
Q:What Are Ubers?
A:Legendary Pokemon. some aren't considered ubers. they are the folllowing: Deoxys(Speed Form), Regice,Registeel,Regirock That's what i can think of.

here a list of ubers cause simply those wont cut it as theres so many more that are rigged like mewtwo... Also please say for sleep clause just say "No more than one pokemon asleep" btw if theres anything youd like to change in the list of ubers tell me. but other than that ill join if you change the uber part a bit. (btw you can change my list to the updated one in smogon >.>, but i generallly use this list you can also change this list aswell honestly change it as how it suits you best.)
