Let me just say that Jack was a new recruit, and his actions were completely unexpected, and he hadn't done anything like that before, hence why he was racing with us.

Again Im just saying that we didnt tell Jack to do this and we are truly sorry about it. It was unfair on me and Salv who were trying to race and to other clans also. Then when he came on out chat he said we must have VERY bad lag. Fail really =/

Team_Sun kept DCing this GTT... Probably because we were the only ones from outside america?

The glitching, trolling & track picking behaviour was witnessed by everyone in the room (and me, who was in the same real world room as ™Trashed) & I have evidence of it. I think it's fair to say his actions are not in dispute, even by his own team mates.

Track voting - he did this on several occasions (not sure how many as ™Trashed got DC'd before 2nd race of GP1). I have pics of a few but not the one where his track got selected. In any case this behaviour is only damaging to his own team & unfortunately for them EG2 have a far stiffer penalty to face so I'm not going to bother posting those pics.


Glitching - I didn't have time to change my camera settings to video but did manage to get three photos of him attempting the Grumble Volcano glitch - see mini-map:



The penalty for this is severe:


Trolling - he did this on several occasions. This is not specifically outlawed but I think everyone who took part (including his own team) were not happy to say the least. Here is a vid of one such occasion (watch the mini-map):




I believe he acted independently of his team mates, so do not wish to see EG2 take the fall for the actions of one rogue member - I just hope not see him in the GTT again.
